That was eighteen years for me.

As many of you know, I'm a tech and data lawyer in Dubai. My work sits where the US, China, and the Gulf meet: privacy law, trade controls, AI regulation. I've spent my career inside that intersection, and most of it writing publicly about everything except that.

So here's what I'm building, plainly.

A live example, and the subject of my latest video: Chinese EVs now outsell Tesla in Dubai's EV segment. The interesting part isn't automotive, it's regulatory. The UAE applies no additional tariff on Chinese vehicles. The US applies 100%. Same product, two markets, and the rules — not the engineering — produce the gap.
